IT Support Guidelines

With the current precautions around the COVID-19 pandemic we will be changing the way we provide IT support to ensure a safer school for everyone.

If you are having an issue with software/printing/projectors please log it using your school username and password on our support page: https://prsc.freshdesk.com/ this will notify us that you require assistance. We will respond to your logged IT request via your school email address.  Please follow the link to log into your school email account: via https://mail.prsc.vic.edu.au/owa and if required provide a link to remotely control your computer and fix the issue.

If you have a computer hardware related issue or can’t access the internet and working remotely call the college on 8770 6700, if you are onsite please fill out the IT request form and place your laptop into one of the white tubs located on the inside of the library next to the IT office door. please use your own pen where possible to complete the IT request form. when your computer is repaired a member of the IT team will contact you to arrange pickup.
